2026 Trade Show Booth Registration (April 29, 2026)

Booth registration is closed.

What you'll receive:

A draped six foot table, with one foot on each side, allowing for eight feet total and a depth of five feet.

One 5 amp drop for each booth.

A TOTAL OF 2 name tags with your company’s name on them. If there are over 2 people from your company you would like to attend, they will need to register as regular attendees.

Attendee list emailed the weekend before the event.

Exhibit space is allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space must be reserved on Eventbrite map sent out in your confirmation email in order to be reserved.

We LOVE our sponsors! Our sponsors have a choice of different sponsorship levels for each calendar year. Floor banners with Platinum and Gold sponsorship levels will be available to display in front of your booth should you choose to become a 2026 CAHED sponsor.

Steps

Step 1. Register your booth through CAHED.org
Step 2. Reserve your booth number via the email link after booth registration. (you do not have a booth reserved until you reserve your booth number)

Please note that vendors may not pack up prior to the close of the reception on Conference Day. By registering a booth, vendors agree to the timeline for the event.

All vendors are expected to review the Vendor Website as it has important dates and information regarding times, dates, and booth attendees.

Advance registration will close Thursday, April 23rd after which onsite registration is possible but prices will go up!

Join us for the 2026 CAHED Trade Show & Conference on Thursday, April 30th at Empower Field at Mile High! This event draws hundreds of industry professionals including hospital owners, engineers, designers, product suppliers, tradespeople and everyone else who works in the healthcare-built environment. There will be multiple educational sessions, networking, prizes and more.

This is going to be an education-packed, one-day event!

Highlights:

Over 90 healthcare industry vendors and solution providers

Keynote presentation by renown speaker, author, podcast host and subject of Sony Pictures “Soul on Fire”, John O’Leary, who survived a near-fatal house fire at the age of nine and turns his experience into inspiration and teaching focused on overcoming adversity, finding purpose by living life "on fire” and awakening you to your life's potential as well as energize you to live more thoughtfully.

There will be (2) breakout session rooms, each devoted to this year’s theme of Professional Development where we will be taking a deep dive into the ever-changing world of healthcare codes.

Our final presentation at the keynote stage will tie it all together with an interactive game of Code Bingo with a prize for the winner!

The cost for this event is $200 for members, $275 for non-members.

For conference attendees, please park in Lot AB (southeast lots) and enter through Gate 7 on the east side of the stadium when entering Mile High for the conference.
