  Join your CAHED colleagues for our much-anticipated ski networking event and membership drive! Skiing, networking, lunch, and snacks are included with registration. This event is for CAHED members only, and will be held on Thursday, April 27th at Arapahoe Basin. Sign up by April 18th.

  Join your CAHED colleagues for our much-anticipated ski networking event and membership drive! Skiing from 9am – 4pm, networking and lunch are included with registration. We are at Arapahoe Basin, and between runs and for lunch, meet us at our reserved #4 spot at The Beach, A-Basin’s unique scene! Bring your favorite beverage (NO GLASS allowed, however) and tailgating chairs/games – it’s going to be a blast!!

  Lift tickets: Purchase lift tickets on your own; lift tickets must be purchased in advance online.A-Basin is limiting the number of tickets sold, buy yours early! You can also join us just for lunch. Cost is $20 (members only). If you would like to join CAHED now, please go to the “Membership” tab. Now is a great time to become a member!

  Park in Early Riser, High Noon or Last Chance parking lots. No parking in front of The Beach, those spots are reserved. Paid parking in the Early Riser lot for cars with less than 3 people; carpooling is encouraged! Summit Stage Bus (Swan Mountain Flyer route) and Snowstang Bus are also available – see the A-Basin website for information.

  What you'll receive:
  

  A draped six foot table, with one foot on each side, allowing for eight feet total and a depth of five feet.

  One 5 amp drop for each booth.

  A TOTAL OF 2 name tags with your company’s name on them. If there are over 2 people from your company you would like to attend, they will need to register as regular attendees.

  Attendee list emailed the weekend before the event.

  Exhibit space is allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space must be reserved on Eventbrite map sent out in your confirmation email in order to be reserved.

  We LOVE our sponsors! Our sponsors have a choice of different sponsorship levels for each calendar year. Floor banners with Platinum and Gold sponsorship levels will be available to display in front of your booth should you choose to become a 2025 CAHED sponsor.

  Join us for the 2025 CAHED Trade Show & Conference on Thursday, May 1st at Empower Field at Mile High! This event draws hundreds of industry professionals including hospital owners, tradespeople and everyone else who works in the healthcare-built environment. There will be multiple educational sessions, networking, prizes, book signing and more. This is going to be an education-packed, one-day event!

  Highlights:

  • Keynote presentation and book signing with renown speaker, Wall Street Journal best-selling author and the founder and CEO of the Extreme Leadership Institute, Steve Farber
  • There will be (2) breakout sessions tracks: One will be focused on Budgeting/Funding & Mitigating Change Orders and the other will address Compliance, Commissioning & Post Occupancy
  • Panel discussion: Construction from Every Perspective - A Case study on Denver Health’s Hybrid OR Project
  • Over 90 healthcare industry vendors and solution providers

  The cost for this event is $200 for members, $275 for non-members.
